Team GCROCK Roles & Endorsements

In this article, I will cover all the roles within Team GCROCK and explain how they function. I’ll also list the endorsements that Team GCROCK members can aim for, how to earn them, and what they represent.

Please note that all members are screened before being assigned a Team GCROCK role:

• You must not have received any admin warnings within our community in the past three months.
• You must not have had any bans overturned in the past twelve months.
• You need to be reasonably active in our servers so we can assess how you represent yourself.

Once you’ve earned a role and any endorsements, they will be revoked if you receive an admin warning or are banned.

Anyone assigned a Team GCROCK role will also receive the “SHD Agent” role in our main community server. If you lose the “SHD Agent” role, you will also lose your Team GCROCK roles.

Team GC Recruit

This role is open to anyone who wants to begin their journey with Team GCROCK and contribute to the community. Before you can be accepted for the role, you need to complete a set of builds that will ensure you’re prepared for any training and experience opportunities that may come your way.

The list of builds needed to become a recruit can be found at the end of my “Raid Builds” article.

Once you’ve completed the builds, you can request the Team GCROCK Recruit role. Upon acceptance, you’ll gain access to the recruits section in my personal Discord.

Recruits are encouraged to LFG (Looking For Group) with one another and practice activities that interest them. These may include:

• The Division 2 raids
• The Division 2 incursions
• The Division 2 Legendary
• The Division 2 Descent

(A separate recruits role for The Division 1 will be introduced in the future.)

In the School of Rock section, you’ll also find guides for all your needs, which you can use to practice alongside other recruits.

Recruits should also keep an eye on experience opportunities and training sessions in the recruits section:

• Team GCROCK Captains will post when they have spaces available to help the community and provide you with experience.
• Team GCROCK Trainers will post when they have training sessions planned to dive deeper into your development.

The recruits system is designed to help you gain enough experience in the activity you want to support. When you’re ready, there are several ways to earn your full Team GCROCK role:

• Team Captains may offer you a spot in their team if they run with you frequently.
• Team Trainers will provide endorsements when they feel you’re experienced and confident enough.
• If we have enough recruits interested in supporting the same activity, I will arrange a “Full Training” session, where we’ll form a new team with a new captain. This process is only available through me.

Team GCROCK

The full Team GCROCK role is granted once you receive your first endorsement.

• With this role, you’ll gain access to additional endorsements and our Team GCROCK LFG. The LFG is for team members to organize groups to assist our community, ensuring you’ll be part of a team with experience and the right attitude. If you’re confident enough to lead, you can either create your own group or wait to join someone else’s.
• When you’re ready to assist others, you’ll have access to the helping queue channels in my personal server, depending on your area of experience. Alternatively, you can use our pingable LFG channels in the main community server to pull people in.
• There’s always more to learn, so we encourage members to continue training and earning endorsements to unlock access to support other activities in the personal server. Some endorsements come with ping access! Full Team GCROCK members will also have their own training request channel.

Remember, you are the face of Team GCROCK, and our members’ experience is paramount. Any assistance you provide to community members must always be pleasant, positive, and free of toxicity.

Team GCROCK (Core)

This role is available exclusively to full Team GCROCK members. Earning this role will grant you access to my core LFG when I stream and assist with activities. Currently, I’m only set up for The Division 2 raids, but I plan to add more activities and even The Division 1 in the future.

• If you’re interested in this role, you’ll find instructions and expectations in my personal Discord, along with helpful guides.
• There are 8 different roles for Dark Hours and 8 for Iron Horse. Each role comes with specific builds and instructions on what will be required from you.
• Before running with me, you can watch video guides to prepare. Once you’re confident in your ability to perform a role, I’ll add the core role to your profile. Then, you’ll just need to wait for an opportunity to run with me.
• Unfortunately, there’s no guarantee our schedules will align, but if they do, you’ll have your chance.

I strongly recommend reading my Stream Etiquette article before your first run. It explains my expectations for streams, and if you disrupt the experience, I won’t invite you back, regardless of your performance in the roles.

• On your first stream with me, I’ll assign you the role you want to try. I’ll guide you through what I need as we go along.
• If I see you perform the role well, I’ll endorse you for that role, and you’ll be eligible to take on that job in future runs. It’s okay if it takes a few tries to get there.
• As a regular, you can earn up to 16 role endorsements across both raids, and the more roles you’re able to fill, the more chances you’ll have to run with me.

Team GCROCK Captain

A Team GCROCK Captain is someone who leads a team of individuals to assist the community with various activities. To earn this role, you’ll need to have a voice meeting with me to discuss the responsibilities and expectations.

• Captains will have the ability to ping our queues for the activities they can help with. When a Captain pings, they must have a fully experienced team ready to go, with the focus on supporting the person they’re helping.
• Members will have their interests listed on their profiles, and we should aim to accomplish as much as possible for them during our runs.
• Every run must be positive, friendly, and non-toxic, even if you’re running with members who are not in Team GCROCK.
• Captains are responsible for managing their teams and can request Team GCROCK roles for new team members. However, anyone you request must still go through a screening process.
• If you’d like, we can provide you with a dedicated team channel in my personal Discord Server for communication.
• We encourage Captains to use the Team GCROCK LFG and Team GCROCK Recruit LFG to help provide people with experience when possible.
• It’s the Captain’s responsibility to ensure that all help photos are shared in the main community server, so we can track how many people we’ve helped.

Team GCROCK Trainer

A Trainer is someone who actively seeks to train Team GCROCK members and recruits. To earn this role, you’ll need to have a voice meeting with me. Once you have the role, you’ll have the freedom to train however you see fit.

• Trainers are the only people who can grant endorsements to Team GCROCK members alongside myself. It’s essential to only provide endorsements when you’re confident that the member can perform the role effectively.
• Trainers should familiarize themselves with the endorsement process and how it works.
• Trainers can only endorse roles that they themselves have been endorsed for.
• In addition to granting endorsements, trainers should actively organize training sessions for Team GCROCK members and recruits to help them gain experience.
• Trainers will have ping permissions in both of the training channels.

Team GCROCK endorsements are roles that members can earn to showcase their experience on their profiles. These endorsements grant members additional access to queue channels and, in some cases, the ability to use pings.

Endorsements can only be awarded by myself or Team GCROCK Trainers. To request an endorsement, use the training request channel in my personal Discord Server. The endorsement list below will provide all the details you need to know.

Team GCROCK (Core) Endorsements

• There are 16 endorsements available across both raids—8 for Dark Hours and 8 for Iron Horse.
• Each endorsement corresponds to a specific role I use in each raid.
• In my personal Discord Server, you’ll find guides detailing the builds I expect for each role and the responsibilities that come with them.
• If you’re confident in any of the 16 roles and want to perform them during my live streams, you can reach out and request access to my personal LFG channel.
• While I can’t guarantee that our schedules will align, if they do, you’ll have the opportunity to run with me and earn these endorsements.
• Members who earn these endorsements will retain access to my LFG, as long as they maintain the required builds and I enjoy streaming with them.
• You cannot request these endorsements via the endorsement request channel. They can only be awarded by me after running together, so I can personally give them to you.

The Division 2 Raid Endorsements

• Raid Experience: You must have sufficient experience to handle basic roles in both raids, including knowing how to obtain all the raid keys and backpack trophies.
• Blue Bears: You can shoot all 40 blue bears in Dark Hours without any assistance.
• Gingerbread Men: You can shoot all 45 Gingerbread Men in Iron Horse without any assistance.
• Dark Hours Boss Patches: You understand how to complete all boss commendations in Dark Hours and are able to explain the process to a team.
• Iron Horse Boss Patches: You understand how to complete all boss commendations in Iron Horse and are able to explain the process to a team.
• Flawless Raids: You can stay alive and rarely go down in both raids.
• Raid Speedruns: You are familiar with all speedrun strategies and have experience with raid speedruns.

The Division 2 Legendary Endorsements

• Legendary Experience: You have experience with Legendary missions and are confident in assisting any captains.
• DUA Legendary: You are confident in helping with DUA and can lead the run.
• Roosevelt Legendary: You are confident in helping with Roosevelt Island and can lead the run.
• Capital Building: You are confident in helping with Capital Building and can lead the run.
• Manning Zoo: You are confident in helping with Manning National Zoo and can lead the run.
• Tidal Basin: You are confident in helping with Tidal Basin and can lead the run.
• Legendary Speedruns: You are familiar with all legendary speedrun strategies and have experience running legendary speedruns.

* The individual legendary mission endorsements will come with ping access in the queue channels.

The Division 2 Incursion Endorsements

• Paradise Lost Experience: You have experience with Paradise Lost and understand all the basic mechanics.
• Flawless Paradise Lost: You are confident in completing runs of Paradise Lost without going down.
• Paradise Lost Collector: You know how to collect all the comms for others in Paradise Lost.
• Paradise Lost Speedruns: You are familiar with the speedrun strategies for Paradise Lost and have experience running them.

The Division 2 Descent Endorsements

• Descent Nemesis: You are confident in leading people through Nemesis clears.
• Flawless Descent: You are confident in leading a flawless Descent run.
• Loop 40 Endurance: You are confident in helping others complete 40 loops of Descent.

* All of these endorsements come with ping access in the queue channels.

The Division 1 Endorsements

• Legendary Experience: You are confident in helping people with legendary missions.
• Incursion Experience: You are confident in assisting people with Incursions.
• Flawless Experience: You are confident in helping people complete flawless Incursions.
• Flawless Legendary: You are confident in assisting people with flawless legendary missions.
• Flawless Underground: You are confident in helping people achieve the flawless Underground in-game commendation.
• Survival Master: You are confident in helping people achieve a 10K+ survival run and work on in-game commendations.
• Resistance Farming: You are confident in helping people farm Resistance and assist them in obtaining classified items.
• Resistance Endurance: You are confident in helping people complete high-level Resistance waves.

* All of these endorsements come with ping access in the queue channels.
